Hiring Process

Thank you for your interest in working and making a difference in the lives of children with special needs. We are looking to interview and hire the following capacities as Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Pediatric Registered Nurses, Pediatric Physical Therapists, Pediatric Occupational Therapists, Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists,  EMT, etc.
Our Interview process is streamlined, you will need the following documents to start the process.

For Interview:

• Résumé
• Pre-hire testing is completed on-site as part of your interview process

At Hire:

• Professional license and/or certifications
• Current CPR certificate
• I-9 self-identification documents
• Proof of current PPD, chest X-ray, or blood TB assay test
• Proof of level of education, diploma, or transcript
• Required state background, abuse clearances, and state checks
• Physical or health statements as required by state regulation
• Immunization records as required by Florida state regulation
• Contact information for two references

Transportation Drivers:

• 5-year motor vehicle record
• Proof of driving insurance
