The admission's procedure is as follows:

Our Meet and Greet will introduce you to the business owner and friendly staff; together we'll begin to give you a tour of our brand new PPEC facility. During this time we will also guide parents / legal guardians thru the admission process, insurance, and transportation process.

Consent forms are signed by the child’s parent / legal guardian allowing us to contact the child's PCP or Specialist for getting updated medical records. At this stage, Step by Step will start admission paperwork. It usually takes about 5 business days to get insurance approval to start PPEC and transportation services.

Once the Plan of Care is approved by Medicaid, the child can begin attending our center.
