Step by Step offers medical daycare for children with asthma including skilled nursing supervision, monitoring and mitigation of asthma triggers, long-term medications, short-term relief, respiratory therapy, and medical transport. Pediatric asthma symptoms typically include chest pains, coughing attacks, wheezing, and shortness of breath. These symptoms can be controlled using certain medications like inhalers.

We seek to improve the health and lives of our asthma patients through daily symptom monitoring and personalized care plans designed to alleviate symptoms. Our pediatric facility is open for business 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, and covered by Medicaid. If you think your child may be eligible for PPEC, contact us to start the application process!
